Covenants and Bylaws

ALL properties located within the Oakbrook 4th Addition are by default members of the Oakbrook 4th Addition Homeowners Association. You can verify if your home is located in the Oakbrook 4th Addition via The Pierce County website (after searching for your address, scroll down to the bottom of the page and look under the Tax Description):

If your home is in the 4th Addition, your membership in the Oakbrook 4th Addition HOA is not optional and the $30 Annual Fee is mandatory and payable by the end of the first calendar quarter as outlined in the HOA Bylaws.
