Our Goals
Finding a sense of community is an essential part of our lives. Neighborhoods that tend to be the most successful are ones that are driven by connection and create a sense of belonging. The goal of our HOA is to work with everyone within our community to become invested in one another, creating strong, neighborly ties.
Our Community
With approximately 350 homes in the Oakbrook 4th Addition, it is common to see neighbors taking morning walks together, enjoying a round of golf, or socializing at the Adriatic, our local restaurant located at the clubhouse. The HOA hosts events throughout the year to give neighbors the opportunity to meet and connect with one another.
Safety & Protection
A safe neighborhood is our priority. We have implemented new resources such as the emergency preparedness program and neighborhood watch to focus on keeping our members informed.
Our HOA is also here to protect, preserve and enhance our community assets and property values in the 4th Addition of Oakbrook.
